CONFIRMATION: Registrants will receive email or fax confirmation upon receipt of a fully completed

CANCELLATION/NO SHOW POLICY:

Cancellations received more than seven (7) business days in advance of the workshop seminar are eligible

for a 50% fee refund. No shows are not eligible for a refund. If a registrant cannot attend, substitutions can

be made prior to the beginning of the seminar.
